PROGRAM DETAILS:

Dates:

November: 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26

December: 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17

Total: 12 intensive training sessions (15 hours of instruction)
Investment: $650 per player

This is a rare opportunity to train directly with a Major League Baseball coordinator who works with professional athletes daily. Tim DeJohn will share advanced techniques, mental approaches, and pro-level fundamentals that can elevate your infield game to the next level.

9u–12u tryouts for the 2026 Spring season will be held:

- - Oct. 25th @ Watrous Park in Cromwell, CT from 9am-12pm, and
  - November 2nd @ Univ. of Hartford from 10am-12pm

13u–18u tryouts for the 2026 Summer season will be held:

Nov. 1st @ Baretta Field in Berlin, CT from 2pm-4pm, and
Nov. 2nd @ Univ. of Hartford from 1pm-3pm

NOTE: Attendance is MANDATORY @ at least one of the tryout sessions for all New and Current CT Tides Players. However, it strongly recommended that, if possible, all players attend both sessions.

The Swanson Baseball Off-Season Throwing Program has been developing high school aged pitchers since 2010, providing a comprehensive winter training experience that emphasizes arm health, mechanical refinement, and performance enhancement. With only 32 total spots available (8 pitchers per group), this exclusive program offers personalized instruction in a focused, small-group environment.

Program Dates: December 2nd, 2025 – March 7th, 2026
Total Sessions: 40 sessions | 60 minutes each | 3 days/week
Investment: $1,200 (3 payments of $400)
Student-to-Instructor Ratio: 4:1
